Resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam’s Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology. Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise, corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Maintains entrance areas, acknowledges members, verifies membership cards, identifies member needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, and promotes the company’s products and services while organizing merchandise and assisting with item transport. Maintains exit areas, reviews member receipts, acknowledges the member, identifies member needs, assists with securing and safeguarding Sam’s Club assets, observes and communicates potential criminal activity according to company policies, maintains paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, executes emergency response procedures, and ensures compliance with company security and safety practices. Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures, teaches new technology and tool functionality, delivers new programme rollout training, and provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Ensures the area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
