Lobby Lead

The ideal candidate must present professionally, work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a positive business relationship with all owners, residents, board members, and coworkers. Responsibilities Address & assist all walk‑in clients during lobby hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Keep inventory & stock client needed items (keys, stickers, fobs, pet tags, pool passes, etc.) Update and maintain client database with changes to pool, keys, parking, moves, etc. Check and distribute the fax/email inbox Answer emergency calls and forward as necessary Work directly with Community Managers to review changes to rules & regulations related to pool, keys, parking, moves, etc. Address incoming customer‑care mail on a daily basis Follow up on returned homeowner move fees & room rental fees Back up for sorting UPS mail Receive all packages and distribute to correct departments Support the customer service team with voicemails & emails during downtime Greet, direct and document all visitors, vendors, clients, job candidates, new employees and customers Answer main line phone and direct calls accordingly Other duties as assigned Hourly: $18.00 – $20.00, DOE Requirements Organized, responsible, dependable, positive attitude, professional Administrative skills/experience such as typing/data entry, faxing, copying and mailing Solid background in Customer Service Real estate/property management background is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and service recovery skills Excellent listening skills Proficient navigating the internet Other than scheduled break and lunch periods, must be at the workstation performing applicable duties Adherence to firm pre‑determined break periods English–Spanish bilingual is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Associa
