Position Overview Title: LPN/RN Unit Manager Type: Full-Time Schedule: Flexible shifts with weekend differentials Location: East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing, Marietta, GA Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations on the Rehab Unit Supervise, mentor, and motivate nursing staff Promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent quality standards Ensure resident-centered care across all aspects of treatment Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation What You Bring Active Georgia LPN/RN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab or LTC preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage clinical priorities in a fast-paced environment A resident-first mindset and commitment to service excellence What We Offer Competitive pay with shift differentials Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive team culture Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
