Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Brunswick, GA
Schedule: Night Shift | Wednesday - Saturday | No Weekly Call
Pay Range: $34.20 - $51.34 per hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000


Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join a growing imaging team in Brunswick, GA. This opportunity offers a consistent night-shift schedule and the chance to work with a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule
Night Shift: Wednesday - Saturday
Additional schedule details:
No weekly call requirements
Holiday call only, shared among department staff

Key Responsibilities
Perform ultrasound examinations using established imaging protocols and techniques.
Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Obtain and optimize high-quality diagnostic images.
Review images for technical quality and identify normal and abnormal findings.
Communicate relevant information and preliminary observations to radiologists and providers as appropriate.
Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any operational concerns.
Accurately document procedures and patient information.
Follow all departmental, regulatory, and safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to support efficient patient care.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Current ultrasound certification required or eligible based on facility requirements.
Previous ultrasound experience preferred.
Strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, sonographic principles, and imaging protocols.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
