As a Director of Pharmacy you will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices, supported by proprietary CPS software, a dedicated support team including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory as well as a CPS Area Director or Senior Vice President.About the Facility: Raleigh General Hospital is a 300-bed facility caring for nearly 13,000 patients each year with over 50,000 being treated in our emergency room. Raleigh General Hospital offers a wide range of surgical services as well as specialty programs including Cardiac CTA, Digital Mammography, and Trauma Services.About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day seven days a week.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)Active West Virginia Pharmacist license in good standing3+ years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting2+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital settingDemonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with professional organizationsPreferred Qualifications:Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program3+ years of pharmacy management experience working in an acute care hospital settingPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment.
