Clinic Registrar Position: Clinic Registrar Job ID: 2026-086 Department: Rural Health Clinic FTE: 1.0 Union: AFSME 1843-1 Salary Range: $17.71- $23.29 hourly non-exempt Benefit Summary: Medical, Dental & Vision coverage options with applicable HSA & FSA. Job Summary: Gather and maintain accurate patient medical records including demographic, financial and billing data as well as required signatures for services. Register and assist the patient or customer to their desired location. Answer incoming call requests and schedule patient appointments. Work directly with clinic providers, nursing and other staff to provide care, compassion and excellent customer service. Must possess strong phone skills as well as multitasking abilities.
