Physical Therapist - $53-59/hour 
Maricopa, AZ

This is a full-time, 40 hour/ week position. Shifts are 8 hours from 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities 

• Evaluate residents, identify therapy needs, and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Complete accurate documentation, participate in discharge planning, provide patient/family education, and recommend adaptive equipment or home exercise programs when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, safety and infection-control procedures; supervise PTAs and rehabilitation support staff as required.

Qualifications

• Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy License
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills
