About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of four. As a second-generation State Farm agent, I've always been passionate about building relationships, serving my community, and helping people protect what matters most. I'm also a proud Arizona State University graduate and mother of four.

Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I serve as Vice Chair of the Special Improvement District of Englewood, co-chair a local ladies golf association, and stay actively involved in community organizations, local government, and business initiatives that help strengthen our area.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
