Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.

The successful applicant:

Experienced people manager

Background in manufacturing

Experience managing safety initiatives

Experience with packaging and/or corrugated environments is preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred

$90k-$120k base salary depending on experience
