Responsibilities Provide production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects Analyze root cause of quality deficiencies and ensure proper corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner Analyze user requirements, user interface specifications and design documents Travel to various unanticipated client sites Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience using at least 7 technologies from the following list. Perl Matlab SDLC Agile/ Scrum MySQL HTML XML Ruby on Rails
