Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Role: Outpatient Primary Care Physician in Florida, serving Medicare Advantage senior patients in a value-based care setting. Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on prevention and maintenance. Managing smaller patient panels, typically seeing 12-15 patients daily. Encouraging preventive visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent appointments, and transitional care. Utilizing electronic medical records, ICD-10 coding, and STAR measures to ensure quality outcomes. Delivering patient-centered service in state-of-the-art facilities with a dedicated team. Qualifications And Skills Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), preferably in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine. Florida medical license, DEA license, and current CPR certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Proficiency in EMR systems, G-Suite, and database programs. Effective communication, problem-solving, organizational, and task prioritization skills. Ability to complete a pre-placement Tuberculosis test.
