What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive urological care with an emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Evaluate and diagnose urological conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures as needed
• Manage outpatient clinics and coordinate care with hospital teams
• Participate in call schedule ( 7-10 days/month) with onsite availability during weekday hours and after-hours calls from hospital (3-5 times/week)
• Stay current with advancements in urology and pelvic health treatments
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• California Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) in Urology
• Focus or interest in female urology and pelvic floor issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with pelvic floor reconstruction procedures
• Comfortable with outpatient and hospital-based care
• Commitment to patient-centered care
