Outbound Sales Agent

Seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Call Center Agent to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for performing a high volume of outbound sales calls, clarifying customer needs, and promoting new products and services while building positive relationships with clients. Key responsibilities Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and provide solutions Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance company image and satisfaction Document call notes and reports, updating the database as necessary Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center environments Proven cold-calling experience with strong objection-handling abilities Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2 level) Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt communication to different personality types Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
