Compensation: $50.00 – $60.00 / hour + Performance-Based Production Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, thorough prophylactic, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing treatments.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations, charting, and oral cancer screenings.
• Utilize our 3D intraoral scanner and digital radiography/CBCT to co-diagnose and educate patients chairside.
• Administer local anesthesia (if certified) safely and comfortably.
• Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of New Jersey (required).
• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification; NJ Local Anesthesia permit preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience: All experience levels welcome — New Graduates with a valid NJ license are encouraged to apply!
• Interpersonal Skills: Warm chairside manner, clear communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
