Job Title: Supervisor – Food & Beverage Primary Purpose: The Lead Supervisor is essential to the Coffee Shop’s success, modeling behaviors that directly impact the business sales and operational processes. They represent Coach at the highest standard, adapt to all roles within the Coffee Shop environment, and collaborate with the District Manager to align decisions with company priorities. Responsibilities Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the District Manager. Recruit, train and mentor baristas to maintain company standards and promote a positive environment. Oversee baristas in the preparation and serving of food and beverages. Order product and conduct inventory as needed to ensure proper operation. Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a welcoming store environment. Balance cash registers and make deposits. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive business. Respond to customer and team needs by reading cues and tailoring approaches. Provide regular feedback and coach performance to higher customer service standards. Maintain interior upkeep of the Coffee Shop. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including POS and operations procedures. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without compromising Coach standards. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while adaptable and flexible. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail or food service management. At least 6 months to 1 year in a role requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests. At least 6 months to 1 year delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of multiple employees. Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills & Abilities Required Ability to direct the work of others. Ability to learn quickly. Physical Requirement: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
