We are a leading fire protection consulting firm providing a range of professional services involving life safety, fire protection, security and mass notification on commercial, institutional and industrial projects for clients worldwide.ResponsibilitiesProject Management - planning and directing engineering, budgeting and scheduling activitiesConduct building and fire code reviews and analysesPrepare and present technical reports and presentationsRequirements and QualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Fire ProtectionQualified candidates will have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience that may include a combination of Code Consulting, Smoke Control Design and Commissioning and Fire Protection System DesignSuccessful candidates will have excellent report writing and interpersonal skills. Ability to present clear and technically sound fire protection engineering strategies to a diverse audience.Project management and fire protection engineering experienceExperience in code consulting, design of fire suppression and alarm systems, and developing performance-based strategies in a project design environment is strongly desiredRegistered Fire Protection Engineer strongly desired (New York, New Jersey or New England)New York or Massachusetts specific fire and building code experience preferred#LI-BD1#LI-RemotePlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
