Orthopedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstruction & Total Joint Arthroplasty

Orthocenter, a premier division of RWJBarnabas Health with a 50-year legacy of excellence, is seeking a Fellowship-Trained, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Total Joints Surgeon to join our expanding practice in Central New Jersey. This is a high-volume opportunity to step into an established patient base, performing primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty within a collaborative, multi-specialty musculoskeletal team. As a Total Joints specialist at Orthocenter, you will work alongside senior surgeons, physical therapists, and advanced practitioners in a patient-centered environment. The practice is currently integrating rheumatology services to provide a full spectrum of care for inflammatory and degenerative conditions, creating a unique internal referral pipeline and a robust surgical volume from day one. With four convenient locations—Red Bank, Morganville, Holmdel, and Eatontown—you will provide expert surgical intervention supported by on-site imaging and physical therapy. Position Highlights Immediate access to high-volume primary and revision hip/knee arthroplasty. Comprehensive on-site diagnostics, digital imaging, and rehabilitation services. Clear, structured Partnership Track within a stable, physician-led environment. Direct collaboration with our new Rheumatology division to capture complex joint cases. Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty. Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by the ABOS. Eligible for an unrestricted New Jersey medical license. Strong clinical acumen, superior surgical technique, and a commitment to a team-based, patient-first philosophy. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Anticipated range of $350,000 – $450,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications). Highly competitive productivity-based incentives.
