Med-Gas Plumbing Foreman – Commercial Construction Join One of the Valley’s Top Commercial Construction Teams Midstate Mechanical is looking for an experienced Med-Gas Plumbing Foreman who is ready to step onto an active commercial project, take ownership, lead a crew, and get to work. At Midstate Mechanical, we build careers—not just jobs. You MUST currently hold an ASSE Series 6000-2021 Med-Gas Installer Certification to be considered. This is a firm requirement. If you do not currently hold this certification, your application will not be considered. We need an experienced Med-Gas Foreman who can hit the ground running and immediately lead medical gas installation in the field. What You’ll Do As our Med-Gas Plumbing Foreman, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership for commercial plumbing and medical gas work. You’ll lead field crews, coordinate manpower and materials, oversee layout and installation, maintain production schedules, and ensure work meets Midstate’s standards for safety, quality, and performance. You’ll work directly with Superintendents, Project Managers, CAD/VDC, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to keep projects moving. What We’re Looking For Current City of Phoenix Journeyman Plumbing License OSHA 30 Certification Valid Arizona Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record 6+ years of commercial plumbing experience Foreman, Lead, or equivalent crew‑leadership experience strongly preferred Extensive hands‑on experience with commercial medical gas piping systems Strong knowledge of medical gas installation, brazing, testing, inspections, and documentation Ability to independently read plans, perform field layout, coordinate manpower/materials, and lead crews Strong understanding of commercial plumbing codes, safety requirements, and construction sequencing Ability to communicate effectively with project leadership, inspectors, general contractors, and other trades Why Midstate? Compensation is $42.00 to $50.00(DOE) to start.
