Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site position in Miami, 5x per week in the office. What You'll Do Support the coordination of sales-related events and maintain event schedules Lead and coordinate artwork creation across the graphic design, marketing, and artist teams, including sharing artwork for approval Collaborate with the ticketing team on event listings and updates on the DICE platform Coordinate with artist teams for promotional assets and share event details Compile, create, and distribute content for social media and marketing campaigns Help coordinate photo shoots, manage asset organization, and assist with basic editing Coordinate artist approval for relevant advertising units and marketing assets Maintain organized records on Monday.com and assist with invoicing as needed Who You Are You're the person who notices that the flyer says doors at 10 and the ticket link says 11. You keep ten campaigns moving without dropping the one detail that would have cost the on sale. You have previous experience in marketing or event coordination, ideally in entertainment, and ideally a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field You're organized under pressure and can run multiple campaigns, deadlines, and approval chains at once You know your way around social media management and digital marketing tools You can chase an approval from an artist's team politely and persistently until you have it in writing You communicate clearly with designers, ticketing, artists, and partners, and you close the loop every time You care about music and nightlife, and you want to see how a show actually gets built You're flexible for nights, weekends, and select holidays when the event calendar calls for it You're authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) #J-18808-Ljbffr Club Space
