School Physical Therapist | Fort Worth, Texas

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Texas Physical Therapist license (PT in TX)
- Experience working with school-aged children, K-12, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals related to gross motor needs
- Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert physical therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels, including evaluations, treatment planning, and direct interventions
- Document progress and maintain detailed session notes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational and functional outcomes for students
- Attend meetings as needed regarding student progress and IEP initiatives
- Educate staff and families on strategies to integrate therapeutic activities into the educational environment
