We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team in a front-desk role supporting the daily operations of a busy automotive dealership. In this position, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming experience while handling cashiering and administrative tasks with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer incoming calls, route calls appropriately, and take clear messages when needed
• Process customer payments accurately by cash, check, credit card, or other accepted methods
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Provide receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations as needed
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document organization
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Support the dealership team with additional clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist, cashier, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Comfortable using phone systems, computers, and basic office software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work as part of a team
