The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, as well as the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.ResponsibilitiesTrack inventory daily in warehouse to ensure model stocks maintainedOrder and track product to ensure model stocks maintainedManage e-commerce for company. Pull order - pick, pack, shipTrack order shipments - Log shipping data - ensure team available for shipment deliveryManage accessory kits - pick, pack, stock - add into inventoryConduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate financial reporting of physical inventorySchedule shipments for timely delivery of product to other marketsSupport the preparation of pallets for shipmentAccurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are accounted for.Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products safely.Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments.Maintain an organized warehouse environment by keeping work areas clean and orderly.Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in shipping and receiving operations.Perform quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards.Assist with inventory management, including picking, packing, and restocking items as needed.ExperiencePrevious experience in a shipping and receiving role is required.Familiarity with warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory management.Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks, is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Excel and updating spreadsheets.If you are motivated by logistics and enjoy working in a collaborative setting, we encourage you to apply for the Shipping and Receiving Administrator position today!
