Customer Service Representative

Customer Service RepresentativeJ.W. Rook & Son Inc, is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the day-to-day operations and servicing of our accounts.Responsibilities:Supports customers with direct services and sales related activitiesDevelop strong client relationships that result in the sale of additional policiesWork directly with clients to process endorsements, conduct audits, perform renewal reviews, and writing insurance policiesResponsible for delivering service in a courteous, professional, and efficient mannerRespond to questions and requests from customers quickly and accuratelyPro-actively prospect and generate new business appointmentsRound out and provide analysis on renewal strategiesMaintain existing client relationships that result in a high retention rateMeet sales goals for new business and renewal of existing customersDevelop and maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriersOffice LocationYou will be working in our office at: 122 W Andrews Street, Bethel, NC 27812CompensationSalary plus commissionBonus opportunitiesFull health benefits401kPaid time offQualifications:2+ years of experience in Insurance or other Customer Service-related roleNorth Carolina P&C license preferred or will be required to obtain within 6 monthsAbout J.W. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
