California Licensed Senior Actuarial Analyst

Working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote environment, the full-time California Licensed Senior Actuarial Analyst will contribute to the actuarial pricing and reserving group, mentor colleagues, and perform data analysis to support business objectives. Key responsibilities: Extract, manipulate, and validate data while performing analyses and completing ad-hoc requests Evaluate existing processes for efficiency and identify opportunities for automation Maintain industry knowledge and represent the organization at external events Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline Two years of actuarial experience, preferably in California personal lines Completion of a minimum of four actuarial exams with plans to pursue fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society Proficient SQL and data manipulation skills Intermediate knowledge of Excel, R, Python, or other relevant actuarial software
