Directly or indirectly, you'll have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research.Location: 8600 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD 20814Hours: 6:30a-3pPay range: $26-$28 per hourResponsibilities:Set up, transport, configure, record, stream, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems, videoconferencing systems, teleconferencing equipment, multimedia devices, televisions, monitors, projectors, recording equipment and software, speaker sets, digital cameras and presentation equipment for meetings and eventsSupport end users in the provisioning, setup, and use and recording of various virtual meeting software platformsTrain staff in use of audiovisual hardware and software in meeting rooms and in use of Johns Hopkins approved virtual meeting softwarePerform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex audiovisual hardware and software problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including vendor repair as neededHelp maintain an inventory of equipment, cables, and partsInstall audiovisual system and television system technology or assist in vendor installationsProvide expert technical support of patient television systems, interactive patient systems, and integrations with various information systemsSupport audio, video, and television broadcast systems in hospital interfaith chapelsDocument equipment and systems failure, repair, installation, and removalRespond to requests for support in a timely fashionEffectively perform other relevant duties assigned
