Who you work with matters. We are looking for agents who want to learn to build a steady buyer-focused real estate business inside a structured environment supported by experienced agents. This is a strong fit for licensed agents or those completing pre-licensing coursework who want hands-on experience, clear systems, and the chance to earn rewarding commissions.
You will learn how to operate inside consistent lead generation systems that support daily activity and measurable progress. The focus is on learning how to guide motivated buyers, conduct purposeful property showings, navigate negotiations, and move transactions from contract through closing with confidence. Through real activity and consistent follow-up, you will build habits that create long-term consistency in real estate.
Who you surround yourself with matters in real estate. You will work alongside experienced agents who share real strategies, provide direct coaching, and demonstrate what steady production looks like inside an active real estate office. Compensation:$160,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients
