Job Summary The role is a Retail Sales Associate at Comcast Xfinity, responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating and explaining product features, meeting sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, handling account service requests, and promoting Comcast products. Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer customers’ questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted). Adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly. 2‑5 years of relevant work experience (preferred). Skills in Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Customer‑Focused service, Persuasion, Professional Integrity, Resilience, Self‑Motivation, Teamwork, Technical Knowledge, and Workplace Organization.
