Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories and performing detailed physical examinations and diagnostic tests to establish accurate diagnoses of ENT conditions.
• Formulate and execute personalized treatment plans that may include medical therapies and surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries, utilizing the latest methodologies in otolaryngology.
• Perform a variety of surgical interventions using advanced techniques and equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to best practices in patient care.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, monitor treatment progress, and adjust plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including audiologists and speech-language pathologists, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies, fostering a partnership in healthcare.
