About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Business Operations Manager to join their Core Operations team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Head of Core Operations, driving alignment, organizational effectiveness, and progress across a complex, global organization. This role involves close collaboration with the Core Operations Leadership Team and various operational functions, including fraud and customer protection services, collections, recovery, auto operations, centralized transaction operations, regulatory operations, customer service, and card lending operations. The Executive Director will be responsible for connecting priorities to coordinated action, supporting timely decision-making, and reinforcing accountability. They will also serve as a trusted advisor, maintain an integrated view of strategic initiatives, and coordinate initiatives that span different business functions and stakeholders. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in business management, strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or a related field. The role requires a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and exceptional executive communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in financial services or large-scale operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Manager, Strategy Lead, or similar leadership role, and a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration within operational workflows. The Executive Director will be expected to manage multiple priorities, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure that leadership routines are focused, efficient, and outcome-oriented.
