Our client is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in New York City , specialising in the Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Data Center markets .

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a long-term career within recruitment and sales.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, developing relationships with clients and candidates while building their own specialist market and working towards clear performance and revenue goals.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will specialise across high-growth markets including:

• Renewable Energy
• Sustainability
• Data Centers
• Related Infrastructure and Energy markets

You will develop specialist knowledge within your chosen market while building a strong network of clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source and identify high-quality talent through LinkedIn, networking and referrals .
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer stage.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Develop new business opportunities within your specialist market.
• Grow and manage client relationships.
• Work towards individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Negotiate and manage offers through to successful placement.
• Build long-term professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of your chosen recruitment market.
• Take ownership of your desk and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
