Internal Mortgage Risk Specialist

The full-time Internal Mortgage Risk Specialist III will analyze mortgage-related data, identify financial risks, and provide strategic recommendations while working remotely in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Assemble and summarize data for loss analysis to identify financial status and risks Analyze past claims to determine recoverability and report on losses Consult with management to guide strategic decision-making and recommend actions Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business, Math, English, or Legal preferred 2-4 years of experience in a mortgage banking environment Knowledge of mortgage banking laws and processes, including FHA and VA claims Advanced analytical skills with the ability to audit and interpret guidelines Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and mortgage servicing applications
