Medical Front Office

Our spine/pain management clinic is looking for a detail-oriented person to staff our front office. To make patients lives easier, our providers and office staff travel between offices in McKinney, Greenville & Sherman each week. We provide a transportation stipend to help cover this cost for our staff.

What You Will Do:

• Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a positive first impression.
• Schedule patient appointments, rescheduling when necessary.
• Answer calls and patient questions.
• Send medical records to patients and other medical offices.
• Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to keep the office running efficiently.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

• At least 1 year of previous experience working in the front of a medical office
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience is a must
• eClinicals/ECW experience preferred
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask including front desk work,
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office environment.
• An ability to accomplish regular tasks in Excel and Word
• The ability to schedule patients for providers and provide referral requests.
• Basic knowledge of insurance verification and patient scheduling systems (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or GED

This position requires travelling between our offices in Greenville, McKinney and Sherman, Texas once a week and is a fully in-person role. We encourage only candidates with at least 1 year of previous Medical Office experience to apply as we need someone who can jump right in to the role with limited training.
