Registered Nurse - ICU CardioVascular

Role Overview: The registered nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care while demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of each situation. They are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care in accordance with professional standards. Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care utilizing the nursing process, address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, document patient information, and educate patients, families, and caregivers. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred; current RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required. Additional Requirements: Attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.
