We have an immediate opening for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist company with an aerospace company.
Afternoon Shift-Start Time, 4PM or 4:30pm
Duties/Responsibilities
* Clock in & out of appropriate job operations
* Read and interpret blueprints
* Adhere to job plans per job travelers
* Set-up multiple types of jobs
* Operate all mills and associated machines as assigned
* Basic Maintenance of mills
* First part quality inspections
* Use precision measurement equipment
* Consistently produce quality parts
* Adhere to directions and instructions of direct supervisor
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 5 years' experience with set-up and operation of CNC Mill
* Knowledgeable of set-up requirements and operation of a horizontal and vertical CNC milling equipment
* Must be capable of reading blueprints, and manage job orders to required specifications
* Familiar with Fanuc controls and concepts of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques
