This is fully onsiteShift: Second (2nd) Shift - Monday - Friday 2PM - 10PM.Must be able to train First (1st) Shift - Monday - Friday 6AM - 2PMDuties/Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control breakdowns.Keep up-to-date w/ PM Schedule.Relocate/install plant equipment & accompanying utilities.Fabrication & light machining.Rebuilding mechanical equipment (includes small parts assembly)General facilities maintenanceParticipate in training of employees new to maintenance staffMaintain maintenance shop, tools, and small/spare parts inventoryKeep machine repair logs, equipment files, & parts list up to dateKeep all processes and equipment in compliance with OSHA standardsPlant electrical and mechanical systems documented and in good working orderMaintain a safe and clean workspace and follow established safety rules and regulationsLocating vendor supplied parts, ordering parts, and creating requisitionsMaintenance performed on a proactive (preventative) basis in lieu of reactive (breakdown) basis whenever possible.Organize daily activity in following priority:First – keep production equipment runningSecond – preventative maintenanceThird – project assignments, training, and other duties as assigned.Required Skills/ Abilities:Excellent reading, writing, & math skills; read electrical diagrams & part drawingsEffectively use Micrometers, indicators, calipers, and similar measuring toolsSkills in the use of Punches, drills, taps, reamers, saws, hoists, ladders, and similar mechanics toolsAble to use Acetylene torch and welding equipment and Arc Welding.Strong attention to detail and problem solving, and ability to troubleshoot using electrical schematicsBasic computer skillsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GEDPrior experience in a Maintenance position at a manufacturing facility is a mustMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.Shifts:2nd Shift Monday - Friday – 2: 00PM-10:00pmHealth BenefitsDental InsuranceVision InsuranceMedical Insurance – High Deducible Coverage (HDHP) or a PPO Plan OptionHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life Insurance and Disability BenefitsCompany Paid Short Term Disability InsuranceCompany Paid Long Term Disability (LTD) Plan (if eligible)Company Paid Life Insurance and AD&DOptional Voluntary Life Insurance PlansWork/Life BenefitsGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)12 Company Paid HolidaysDependent Day Care Flexible Spending AccountWellbeing BenefitsEmployee Assistance Programs (EAP)Employee Service Recognition ProgramFinancial Rewards401(k) plan with employer matchingPaid WeeklyPerformance Bonuses (if eligible)Career Development OpportunitiesTuition Reimbursement
