Zeta Group Inc. is hiring motivated Appointment Setters Sales Representatives to join our growing Merrillville team. No previous appointment-setting experience is required—we provide hands-on training, scripts, coaching, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

• Contact prospective customers by phone and text
• Introduce our company and explain available promotions
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Follow up with interested customers and existing leads
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Answer basic questions and create a positive first impression
• Accurately record customer information and appointment details
• Meet individual and team appointment goals
• Participate in daily training and coaching

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work habits
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Able to follow a script while sounding natural
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Sales, customer service, call-center, or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required
