In this role, you’ll lead loss-elimination work using Walmart Performance System (WPS) methods—turning data, observations, and root cause insights into standard work and sustained improvements. You’ll partner with DC leaders to reduce variation, strengthen One Best Way execution, and deliver measurable KPI gains. This Quality Engineer role drives WPS-based quality excellence by identifying losses, improving standard work, and enabling leaders and associates to sustain better performance. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
