Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing trust and fostering productive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect their therapeutic goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client notes and progress reports in accordance with clinic standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients’ needs and establish their therapeutic pathways.
• Participate actively in individual and team supervision to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use issues. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds, requiring a compassionate approach and sensitivity to their individual circumstances. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• Eligibility to meet internal credentialing standards for our clinical services.
• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric populations and/or individuals with substance use disorders.
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and the delivery of both individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques to engage clients effectively.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• A background in trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
