Pay: $24-$27 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time | 20 hours per week

Position Overview

Our client, an established property management organization in Two Rivers, WI, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to provide part-time administrative support to the Property Manager.

This position is ideal for someone with administrative experience who enjoys working with people, managing paperwork, and keeping daily operations organized. Previous property management experience is a plus but is not required.

The primary focus of this role will be meeting with rental applicants, collecting missing documentation, obtaining required signatures, and ensuring application files are complete and accurate.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective residents and rental applicants to review applications and collect outstanding paperwork.
• Follow up with applicants to obtain missing documentation, signatures, and other required information.
• Review rental applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary forms are properly submitted.
• Maintain organized applicant files, resident records, and administrative documentation.
• Communicate with applicants regarding application requirements, missing information, and next steps.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Property Manager, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general resident and applicant inquiries.
• Help coordinate appointments and meetings with applicants as needed.
• Support leasing-related administrative tasks and other day-to-day property management responsibilities.
• Follow company policies and applicable fair housing requirements when handling applications and resident information.

What We're Looking For

• Previous administrative or office support experience required.
• Property management, leasing, or housing-related experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly communication skills, with the ability to work directly with applicants and residents.
• Ability to review documents, identify missing information, and follow up to ensure paperwork is completed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while supporting the Property Manager.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
