Driving sourcing initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Procurement Specialist will manage global retail operations projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance while delivering value and innovation. Key responsibilities Manage global/North America retail operations projects, focusing on competitive bidding to enhance cost, quality, and service Collaborate with Global Procurement leadership to standardize processes and align strategies with stakeholders Conduct vendor comparison research and manage the competitive bidding process, including contract reviews and negotiations Required qualifications 5+ years of procurement project management experience Strong understanding of Procure to Pay processes Experience in contract management, including creation and review Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience in complex global organizations and managing diverse stakeholder needs
