Executive Director

The client is seeking an Executive Director to lead its next stage of growth and independence as it transitions to full independence as a nonprofit. The role will help expand the organization’s funding base and scale its impact across the region and beyond, building on a mission focused on providing children with a fair start. The incoming Executive Director will be responsible for shaping the organization’s future direction and serving as the architect of its next phase. This includes leading and uniting a broad coalition of stakeholders, ensuring that providers, caregivers, and families remain central to decision-making, and advancing the organization’s strategic goals as it grows. The ideal candidate will be a bold institution-builder with strong leadership, coalition-building, and fundraising abilities. The role requires a focus on sustaining momentum during a period of organizational transition while maintaining alignment with the mission and the needs of the communities served.
