Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee exceptional ABA programs tailored for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual needs. Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique requirements. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior technicians. Ensure that all care provided is data-driven and grounded in evidence-based practices. Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to support client progress. Qualifications and Requirements: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience in designing and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication abilities to engage with various stakeholders.
