Position Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with their daily activities and fostering their independence. This is a hands-on, rewarding position where you can make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and self-confidence.
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care and activities.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
