Senior Content Creator Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Creative Services FLSA Status: Exempt Location: On-Site — Columbus, Ohio Company: GOSH Enterprises Position Summary The Senior Content Creator is a creative storyteller responsible for developing engaging, platform-native content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across GOSH Enterprises' portfolio of brands. This role focuses on creating compelling social-first content through video, photography, editing, and trend-driven storytelling for digital channels. This position is ideal for a highly creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of social media trends, and has a passion for creating content that connects with audiences. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, strong creative instincts, and the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging content experiences. Core Responsibilities Content Creation & Storytelling Develop and produce engaging content across social media, digital, and emerging platforms Capture and create short‑form video, photography, and behind‑the‑scenes content for brand campaigns and ongoing content calendars Concept, script, and execute content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests Create platform‑specific content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Video Production & Editing Shoot, edit, and deliver high‑quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications Produce short‑form videos, reels, stories, and trend‑based content that drive engagement Apply creative editing techniques, motion graphics, music, and effects to enhance content performance Ensure all video assets meet brand standards and platform best practices Social Media Content Development Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats Identify and leverage relevant trends, sounds, and cultural moments to create timely content Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content calendars and campaign initiatives Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach Brand Execution & Consistency Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication channels Ensure visual and messaging alignment with established brand guidelines Collaborate with creative and brand teams to bring campaigns and promotions to life through compelling content Support multiple brands while adapting content to each brand's unique voice and audience Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Social Media Manager, and Operations teams to develop content that supports business objectives Participate in content planning sessions, creative brainstorms, and campaign development Coordinate with external creators, influencers, vendors, or freelancers when needed Assist with content capture during events, restaurant openings, community initiatives, and brand activations Asset Management & Production Organize and manage content libraries, including raw footage, photography, and finished assets Prepare and export content for multiple platforms and formats Maintain efficient workflows for content production and asset retrieval Assist in managing content calendars and production schedules You will be successful if Produces high‑quality video, photo, and social content that captures attention and encourages audience interaction across platforms. Stays ahead of emerging social media trends, proactively identifying opportunities to create timely and culturally relevant content. Translates brand goals and marketing initiatives into engaging stories that resonate with diverse audiences. Balances creativity with efficiency, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and content priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborates effectively with marketing, social media, operations, and creative teams to support campaigns and business initiatives. Uses performance insights and audience feedback to continuously refine content strategies and improve results. Maintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all content reflects brand standards, visual consistency, and messaging accuracy. Takes ownership of content production from concept through delivery, proactively solving problems and identifying opportunities for innovation. Brings energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset to every project, constantly seeking new ways to engage audiences and elevate the brand presence.
