Business Intelligence & Systems Integration Architect

IDR is seeking a Business Intelligence & Systems Integration Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. In this role, you will design and implement business intelligence solutions while integrating and streamlining key financial/ERP and operational business systems. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex data and workflow challenges, accelerating reporting adoption, and enabling reliable, global use of modernized data platforms.

Position Overview for the Business Intelligence & Systems Integration Architect:

• Architect and integrate financial/ERP and related business systems to improve data flow, connectivity, and usability across teams.
• Lead migration of legacy Microsoft Access databases to Azure SQL, including testing, validation, and preparation for multi-region deployment.
• Design, build, and rapidly deploy Power BI dashboards, Power Queries, and data integrations to support stakeholder reporting needs.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and support relational database administration in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Streamline and automate business workflows and analysis using VBA and other tooling to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements for the Business Intelligence & Systems Integration Architect:

• Experience integrating financial/ERP business systems, including connecting and interfacing multiple business applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Access, including converting or migrating Access solutions to SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Advanced SQL query development skills with the ability to optimize and support analytics/reporting use cases.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including building dashboards, data models, Power Query transformations, and rapid deployment of reporting solutions.
• Advanced VBA programming experience (Excel and Access required; Project preferred) with demonstrated workflow automation capabilities.

$80-$90/hr
