Macy’s is seeking a Multi-Store Investigator to proactively identify theft patterns and support stores within a designated market. You will develop strategies to mitigate losses and collaborate with Senior ORC and AP Managers to reduce organized retail crime. Responsibilities include leading investigations, managing caseloads, training staff, collecting evidence, and presenting major findings to leadership.
