ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years with State Farm Corporate and also gained experience as an agency team member. I’m a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing, married to my college sweetheart, and a proud mom of three boys. We also have a friendly office dog, Flynn, our Shih Tzu, who brings a little extra fun to the workday!

Giving back is important to our agency. We proudly support local nonprofits and stay actively involved with our local schools and community throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Stella Spiking - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
