If you're driven, creative, and ready to make an impact, join us.Locations: Miamisburg, OH (May also work/train at clinics in Easton, Dublin, Grove City)As a Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.What You'll Do as a Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative:Play a key role in delivering exceptional hands-on care while supporting a positive, team-oriented clinic environmentEnsure a smooth and seamless patient experience throughout the dayCollaborate closely with clinical staff to support quality careRoom patients and accurately document medical history and vitals in the EMRAssist in procedures with PhysiciansSafety and sanitation of rooms and equipmentWelcome patients warmly and assist with scheduling needsSchedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experienceAnswer incoming calls and provide overflow support to the call center as neededOpen and close the clinic following established protocolsEnsure proper documentation, process payments, and support daily clinic operationsOrder medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as neededOnboard and train new staffProvide support to our market clinics as neededWhat You Bring:Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferredMedical Assistant certification preferred or minimum of 1 year experienceStrong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience working with performance-based goals or metricsA customer-first mindset and excellent communication skillsTech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health RecordsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicValid driver licenseWork at our Miamisburg clinic with ability to train and work at our Easton, Dublin, Grove City clinics as neededWhy Choose ADVENT:16+ days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA401k match & life insuranceA culture that values solutions and encourages growthConvenient Monday-Friday schedule, Enjoy weekends and evenings for yourself!This is a full-time 32-40 hr/week flex positionMonday/Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm
