We have multiple locations for Merchandising Interns, in the interview process, you will be asked for your location preference between Omaha, Nebraska and Overland Park, Kansas.

Internship Program Overview:

During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by building relationships with customers, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.

• Curious about markets, business strategy and how decisions impact business results
• Proven leader with experience leading in clubs, athletics, projects or student government

What to Expect During the Hiring Process

At Scoular, we try to keep the hiring process straightforward and communicate with you every step of the way. Most Intern and Pathways positions are filled during the fall recruiting season, with the majority of offers extended between September and November. Most candidates can expect to complete the interview process within a few weeks, though timing may vary based on the role and recruiting volume. Our recruiting team will keep you informed throughout the process and you will hear from us regardless if you are not selected.

After the Internship:

Our goal is to hire our interns permanently after they graduate into a full-time position and as part of our Pathways Development Program. This program is a two-year development program designed just for new graduates like you! You'll dive into an immersive, fast-paced learning experience that combines diverse hands-on opportunities, active networking, and continuous education. By the end of the program, you'll not only have a comprehensive understanding of Scoular's business but also the confidence and skills to seize endless possibilities within.
