Position: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering the outstanding service our company is known for.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Respond to customer questions regarding appointments, repairs, and service requests.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and service records.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely communication and efficient scheduling.
• Utilize company software, including Nextiva and Service Works, to support daily operations.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain knowledge of our services to confidently assist customers.
• Assist with additional administrative and office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Experience with dispatching, home service companies, or field service management software is a plus.
